Flash xml updating
Good Morning all, Our team has a bit of an issue with getting results from the changes in data (XML) to show in Flash. We've conquered the Flash settings issues from Adobe, so near as I am told, this is not the issue.
When you launch Flash for the first time, you will be asked whether you want to download an update to your product Help system. The best way to copy items from files created in Flash MX to files created in Flash MX 2004 or Flash MX Professional 2004 is to open the files using Flash MX 2004 or Flash MX Professional 2004 and then copy and paste within the Flash application.Copying text from files open in Flash MX 2004 or Flash MX Professional 2004 into files open in Flash MX is not supported. However, you can use the Save as Flash MX feature described in the Using Flash manual to save the document in the Flash MX . When doing this, you will lose any new version 2004 features you may have added to the file.In addition, you may export your Macromedia Flash MX 2004 or Flash MX Professional 2004 source file as Flash Player version 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 format (. Features not supported in those versions may not function.
Alternatively, you may download an updated set of Flash MX "v1" components which have been modified to support Flash Player.
